Men's Tennis Stings Randolph-Macon in ODAC Win

ASHLAND, Va. - The Shenandoah University men's tennis team began conference play with a 7-0 win at Randolph-Macon College on Friday.

The Hornets (6-3, 1-0 ODAC) began the match with a pair of 6-0 wins in doubles. On court one, Neal Love and Artem Babaiev earned the shutout win, while Dominick Suwak and Aryanth Chintharlapalli did the same at double No. 3. Lucas Beasley and Shine Tokas defeated the Yellow Jackets' (1-9, 0-5) duo at No. 2, 6-1.

In singles, the Hornets continued their winning ways with four 6-0, 6-0 wins by Suwak, Beasley, Love, and Siddharrth Rajagopalan. Max Arkans took a win for the Hornets at No. 5, 6-1, 6-0, while Tokas won 6-0, 6-4 at No. 2.

UP NEXT

The Hornets head to nationally-ranked Washington and Lee University on April 1 for an ODAC match at 3 p.m.
