Suwak Claims Fifth ODAC Singles Player of the Week Award

FOREST, Va. - Dominick Suwak has earned ODAC Singles Player of the Week for the fifth time this season for men's tennis, as announced by the league on Monday.

Swuak won both of his singles matches this week in a pair of ODAC matches versus Washington and Lee University and Virginia Wesleyan University.

The senior won his first match against the Gererals' 6-3, 6-1 on Wednesday on the road. His week closed out with a 6-2, 6-3 on Saturday against the Marlins' Jed Platts.

On the season, Suwak is undefeated with an 11-0 record, which includes three wins in ODAC play.

Suwak and the Hornets are home tomorrow against Goucher in non-conference play at 4 p.m., before hosting Averett University and the University of Lynchburg this weekend.
