BRIDGEWATER, Va. - Shenandoah University jumped all over host Bridgewater early Tuesday afternoon and cruised to a 22-5 non-league women's lacrosse victory over the Lady Eagles.

SU (7-4) scored three goals in the first two minutes of the game and had an 11-0 lead before BC (1-11) finally found the back of the net. The Hornets then preceded to score five of the final six goals of the half to take a commanding 16-2 lead into the halftime lockerroom.

Sophomore Joia Davis led all scorers with seven goals and four assists for 11 points while classmate Kelly Matagiese added six goals and one assist.
