ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. - NC Wesleyan College started slow but finished strong Sunday afternoon and took the rubber game of its USA South Conference baseball series with visiting Shenandoah University with an 8-2 win.
Shenandoah (17-9, 5-7 USA South) led 2-1 after scoring a pair of runs in the top of the fourth inning off of Wesleyan starter Kyle Robertson, but the Bishops rallied with three runs in the bottom of the fifth.
The Bishops (17-10, 10-5) then added one run in both the sixth and seventh before scoring twice in the eighth to dispatch the Hornets.
Robertson (4-1) went the distance on the mound - he allowed the two runs on five hits and one walk. He also struck out six.

Anderson finished another outstanding series by going 3 for 4 with the RBI. He has now driven in 38 runs this season and is three RBI from the No. 10 spot on the SU season record list.
