BURLINGTON, N.C. - Third-seeded NC Wesleyan ended Shenandoah University's USA South Conference baseball tournament Friday morning with a 3-2 elimination game victory at Graham High School.
The Bishops (24-14) erased a 2-0 Shenandoah lead with one run in the fifth, sixth and seventh innings.
SU (20-12) had taken that two-run lead with one run in the first and another in the second off of NCWC starter Blake Rice (5-3). SeniorÂ

Scott Lambert led the Hornets with a 2-for-4 day that included a double.
David Frelin (2-3) took the loss after allowing three runs (two earned) on six hits in 8.0 innings. Rice struck out eight to earn his second victory over SU this spring.
