HARRISONBURG, Va. - Shenandoah University continued its out-of-conference baseball dominance Tuesday afternoon with 14-2 and 8-3 victories at Eastern Mennonite.

David Jenkins homered in both games for the Hornets (18-9). EMU (6-21) got eight hits in the opener and nine in the nightcap, but couldn't keep up with the SU offense.

The offense was more than enough forÂ
Rhys Wolford (3-2), who scattered two runs over eight hits in the complete game victory. Wolford struck out two and walked two.

Ryan Anderson each had three hits. Lambert had a double and a three-run home run while Kessel was 2-for-4 with three RBI on a sixth inning home run to right field.
SU matched its four-run first from the opener with another in the nightcap - Anderson's two-run double got things started and was the only hit of the frame.
Van Dusseldorp was 3-for-4, Anderson 2-for-2 and Jenkins 2-for-3 to lead the offense. Van Dusseldorp and Jenkins both cleared the fence and Anderson chipped in another double.
FreshmanÂ
Colin Michael (1-0) was the winning pitcher - he allowed three runs on seven hits and two walks in 5.1 innings.
Jeff Walker (0-5) lasted just one inning for the Royals. He all the four runs on one hit and two walks.
