WINCHESTER, Va. - Visiting Christopher Newport University won
its fourth straight men's tennis match with a 9-0 USA South
Conference victory at Shenandoah Wednesday afternoon.
CNU (11-8, 4-1 USA South) won the three doubles matches at
three, love and two, respectively, before sweeping the singles over
SU (2-9, 0-5).
Sophomore Michael
Milanov had the closest singles match, losing 6-2, 6-3 to
No. 5 in the South Eric Shulman at No. 1.
Julian
Fehr was the only other player to take multiple games - he
lost 1,1 to Gianandrea Heyer at No. 2.
Shenandoah is back in action Thursday afternoon at Shepherd.
