WINCHESTER, Va. - Visiting Randolph-Macon continued its strong start to the 2016 ODAC men's tennis season with a 9-0 victory over Shenandoah Friday afternoon.
The Yellow Jackets (7-1, 3-1 ODAC) opened by sweeping the doubles over SU (3-6, 2-3) and then taking all six singles matches in straight sets.
The closest match came at No. 5, where Kelly Sykes fell 6-4, 7-5 to Alex Curnow.
Both No. 1 and No. 3 doubles were won at 3 with R-MC taking No. 2 doubles 8-2.
Shenandoah steps out-of-conference on Wednesday to host Ferrum in a 4 p.m. contest.
