FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – A pair of Shenandoah University women's tennis players saw their respective runs at the ITA Southeast Regional come to an end Sunday afternoon.

Natalia García Molina was eliminated in the main draw singles with a loss in the round of 16 while she and
Jahveesha Combs lost in the semi-finals of the main doubles draw.

In singles, Washington & Lee's Margaret Carlton, who García Molina and Combs had beaten on Saturday in doubles, took out García Molina with a 6-4, 6-0 victory.

García Molina and Combs continued their doubles run Sunday morning with an 8-7 (7-3) win over Evelyn Chang and Anjali Deviready from Johns Hopkins in the quarterfinals.

That brought the duo to the semis, where they met Ava Givone and Crystal Zhou from Carnegie Mellon. That pairing entered this weekend with combined 8-1 doubles record and continued that strong play with an 8-2 victory over García Molina and Combs.
