WINCHESTER, Va. - No. 18 Shenandoah University continued the Mr. V Memorial Tournament with a 15-3 non-conference win over Keystone College Sunday afternoon.
A five-RBI day for first-year Brody Pickette helped the Hornets (10-2) earn their second victory over the Giants (1-4) in the past three days.

Pickette got Shenandoah started with a three-run home run in the second. The dinger was one of two on the day for the squad - Henry Delavergne added a home run of his own to extend the lead in the third.
Winning pitcher Carson Kulina (1-0) pitched a solid five innings in his first start in two years. Coming off an injury, Kulina struck out four and allowed only an unearned run in five innings of work. It was his first action since throwing six innings of a 15-0 victory over then-member Emory & Henry on Mar. 7, 2020.
Tristan Everett and
Luke Radaszewski both had two strikeouts in two innings each of relief work.
Designated hitter Sam Horn, who finished the day with four RBI, had a three-run triple in the sixth.
In the eighth, the Hornets added two more runs to their total with an RBI single by Ryan Clawson and a RBI double from Kooper Anderson.
Five players tallied multiple hits in the contest.
