FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Shenandoah University outdoor track & field teams had a total of six wins Saturday at the Battleground Relays hosted by the University of Mary Washington.

The SU men had four of the victories, along with 16 additional top five showing, with the women posting two wins and 10 additional top fives.

William Crowder in the 100 meters, Reed Davis in the 1500, Tucker Kindig in the hammer, and the 4 x 100 relay team of Noah Eglin, Charles Vakos, Devin Kohout, and Elias McGhie were the men's winners.

The relay team ran a 3:33.52, Crowder posted a 10.81, Davis a 4:11.04, and Kindig a program record 57.08 meters to win their respective events.

The men also had three third place showings: Jacob Young in the discus, Dylan Tubbs in the javelin, and Elijah West in the long jump.
