WINCHESTER, Va. - The No. 25 Shenandoah University men's basketball team dropped an ODAC game, 69-59, at home versus the University of Lynchburg on Friday night.

After SU (12-2, 3-2 ODAC) tied the game 49-49 with 8:30 remaining in the contest, the LYN (9-6, 4-2) defense, who held SU to its lowest three-point percentage of the season, kept SU to two made field goals for the rest of the game to take the victory.

Shenandoah went on a 16-4 run to tie the game 49-49 capped off by a Stephen defensive rebound transitioned into a Williams mid-range jumper.

Following that made basket, Lynchburg retook the lead and brought it back to a seven point game with under five minutes to play. With both teams in foul trouble, LYN finished the game by making seven free throws, helping them get the win.

Williams and Pullum led SU in points with 18 and 16 points, respectively. First-year Cade McCulloch had 11 rebounds for Shenandoah.
