Men's Tennis Downed by No. 25 Haverford

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Shenandoah University men's tennis team lost 5-2 to No. 25 Haverford in a neutral site match hosted by Christopher Newport University.

Dominick Suwak won his second match in as many days for the Hornets (0-3), with a 6-2, 6-2 straight set victory at singles No. 1. Playing at No. 4, Artem Babaiev was victorious with another 6-2, 6-2 win for SU.

The nationally-ranked Fords (2-1) won all three doubles matches and took three singles matches in straight sets.

UP NEXT

The Hornets play at Salisbury University next Saturday in non-conference play.
