Padilla Earns Baseball's Second Consecutive ODAC Player of the Week Award

FOREST, Va. - For the second consecutive week, the Shenandoah University baseball program earned ODAC Player of the Week, as Jaime Padilla earned the conference award on Monday afternoon.

Padilla hit .500 at the plate this week in four wins for the Hornets. His week included seven RBI, six runs scored, and three doubles. He also went perfect on the base paths on three steal attempts.

In a win against Immaculata, Padilla picked up three hits, all of which all landed for doubles. In that same game, the outfielder drove in three runs and scored twice himself.

Padilla and the Hornets have six games at home this week, starting with a non-conference game versus Mount Aloyious on Wednesday at 3 p.m.
