NCAA Regionals Preview: Baseball Host for Third Time in Program History

WINCHESTER, Va. - After winning the 2026 ODAC Championship, the Shenandoah University baseball program is set to host a regional pod for the 2026 NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The Winchester Regional starts on Friday and runs through Sunday, as the Hornets are the top seed in the regional. They are joined by Transylvania University, Messiah University, and Farmingdale State College, all of which won conference titles this season.

This is the third time that the Hornets have hosted a regional, with the last two coming in 2022 and 2023. Shenandoah last made the NCAA Tournament during that 2023 season. The advancing team from this weekend will head to Super Regionals next weekend.
