WINCHESTER, Va. - Babson College stopped Shenandoah University's three-game men's lacrosse winning streak to start the 2007 season with a 13-7 non-league win Tuesday afternoon at Shentel Stadium.
Babson (2-2) scored the first nine goals of the game to cruise to the win over SU (3-1).

James Gonzalez goal at 6:19 of the second, but Matt Harrington answered for BC almost three minutes later to send the visitors into the halftime lockerroom with a 10-1 advantage.
The Hornets closed with six of the game's final nine goals, but it was too little, too late.
Jason Wellemeyer had a co-team-high four points on two goals and two assists while teammate Luke Biggins added three goals and an assist. The Beavers saw 11 different players score at least one point in the contest.
