WINCHESTER, Va. - Bridgewater College continued its strong softball season Tuesday afternoon with 10-2 and 7-2 non-league victories over host Shenandoah University.
The Eagles (26-6) led game one 10-0 before Shenandoah (11-19) scored a pair of runs in the bottom of the sixth. SU led game two, 1-0, before BC pulled away with one run in the second, another in the third and two more in the fourth. They finished the game with a three-run seventh.

The Hornets were held to four hits in the nightcap with freshmanÂ

Katie Haskins (5-12) allowed 10 runs (six earned) on 11 hits in six game one innings. She struck out six.
AJ Lekki (7-6) gave up seven runs (four earned) and 10 hits in seven innings of work in game two.
