ASTON, Pa. - Shenandoah University kept its perfect men's lacrosse Pennsylvania Athletic Conference record intact Saturday afternoon with a 15-10 win at Neumann College.

The Hornets (5-1, 2-0 PAC) assure themselves of the best record of the Brian Jenkins era with the win. SU has at least six games left to get a school-record-tying sixth men's lacrosse victory.

Junior Stephen Mayor led the Hornets in the win over the Knights (0-8, 0-3) with five goals and one assist while senior Justin Ratcliff had four goals and two assists and junior Teddy Rogers three goals with five groundballs.

Leading 7-5 at halftime, Shenandoah took control of the contest by scoring five of six third-period goals. A five-goal run from 10:28 to 6:13 of the third gave SU a 12-6 lead and the advantage did not dip below five goals the rest of the way.

The Hornets were outshot 49-33 but won 16 of 26 face-offs and held a 23-20 groundball advantage. Jenkins' club was also 2-for-4 on extra-man opportunities.
