LYNCHBURG, Va. – Host Lynchburg College continued its strong women's tennis season Saturday by shutting Shenandoah University out 9-0 in an ODAC matchup.

LC (11-4, 7-1 ODAC) dropped just two games in doubles in jumping out to the 3-0 lead over Shenandoah (3-7, 1-5).

Lynchburg completed the sweep with six straight set wins in singles.

Elizabeth Pardo had the closest match, extending her first set at No. 6 into a tiebreaker before falling 7-6 (7-1), 6-2.

Madison Hansen had the next closest competition, falling 6-3, 6-0 at No. 2.

SU continues this road trip with a 1 p.m. match Sunday at Randolph.
