LEXINGTON, Va. - The Shenandoah University women's soccer team has qualified for the Old Dominion Athletic Conference post-season tournament for the 10th year in a row since joining the league in 2012.
SU, the tournament's fifth seed, travels to fourth seeded Washington & Lee on Tuesday, Nov. 2 for a 7 p.m. quarterfinal matchup.

Earlier this season, Shenandoah traveled to Lexington on Friday, Oct. 22 and fell 3-1 on the Generals' Senior Day and Homecoming weekend.Â
First yearÂ
Saige Musser scored the lone goal for the Hornets. Tying up the match at one goal apiece, Musser scored off a free kick from the right side but the Generals took the lead for the duration of the contest just 10 minutes later.
W&L owns a 12-4 series record over SU with a current winning streak of six contests. Shenandoah last defeated the Generals in 2016, a 1-0 victory in Winchester.Â
Washington & Lee has scored 41 goals against the Hornets and averages 2.56 goals per meeting compared to Shenandoah's 14 goals.Â

- In nearly 800 minutes in goal, Karissa Dominick has started 10 contests for Shenandoah and recorded three shutouts.Â
- The back line is held down by senior Traevia Morris and graduate student Abbie Marquette. Emma Librizzi has been a key reserve on the defensive third.Â
SCOUTING WASHINGTON & LEE
- Grace Wielechoski leads the Generals' scoring efforts with nine goals, her 19 points a team second-best and fourth in the conference.
- Erin Hoeh has proved to be a well-rounded threat for opposing defenses with seven goals and six assists on the season Her 20 points is tied for third in conference standings.Â
- Eighteen women have found the back of the net for the Generals this season.Â
MEET THE COACHES
- Shenandoah Head Coach Elizabeth Pike '11Â is in her 15th year at the program's helm. She has accumulated a record of 146-126-8.
- Pike has led her squad to a post-season conference tournament every year since joining the staff in 2007.
- The Hornets earned a 2011 USA South Conference championship title after winning a program-high 15 contests. Â
- Neil Cunningham is in his 21st year as the head coach at Washington & Lee. Through his first 20 seasons he has racked up 274 wins and a .780 winning percentage.Â
- Under his leadership, the Generals have secured four ODAC Championships and taken the squad to six NCAA Tournament appearances.Â
