WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Shenandoah University men's lacrosse team opened up its 2022 season Wednesday afternoon with a 15-5 non-league win at Penn College of Technology.

Shenandoah (1-0) scored the game's first three goals and held PCT (1-1) off the board for nearly 30 minutes midway through the contest to take total control.

Tim Marshall's club closed it out by scoring five of the game's final seven goals and cruised home to the 10-goal win.

Logan Clingerman led the victors with four goals and one assist with
Stephen Graham adding four goals (scored on five shots) and both
Matt Daniel and
Chris Baker posting three goals and one assist. Baker's twin brother,
Jay Baker, had a goal and an assist while
Tyler Held dished out a pair of assists and
Max Myers one.

Robert Harvey all had a co-team-high four groundballs.

Mark Isabelle went the distance in the goal and made 13 saves on 35 shots.

The Hornets outshot the 'Cats 50-35, had a 35-30 edge in groundballs and was 21-for-24 on clears. Penn won 14 of 24 faceoffs.
