WINCHESTER, Va. – The Shenandoah University men's lacrosse team earned its fourth win in its last five games with a 15-7 ODAC victory over Guilford College Saturday afternoon.
Shenandoah (6-2, 2-0 ODAC) scored the first three goals of the game and never looked back versus the Quakers (2-5, 0-2).

Tyler Held had those three goals for the Hornets; SU led 6-2 after one and 10-3 at the break.
Coach
Tim Marshall's club extended its lead by one more goal in the third before the two teams split six fourth quarter tallies.
The SU lead grew to nine goals, 14-5, before GC had two of the final three goals of the contest.
Chris Baker led the victors with four goals and two assists with Held scoring three goals and Heiderman two goals and one assist.
Eleven different men registered at least one point in the victory.
Shenandoah outshot the Quakers, 46-40, and had a 45-35 advantage on groundballs.
SU also won 15 of the 26 faceoffs.
Mark Isabelle went the distance in the goal and made 15 saves.
