SWEET BRIAR, Va. – The Shenandoah University women's tennis team saw its six-match winning streak come to an end Wednesday afternoon with a 9-0 ODAC loss at Sweet Briar.
Shenandoah (9-4, 7-2 ODAC) battled up and down the lineup, but came up short to the Vixens (20-3, 8-1).

The closest match came at No. 2 singles, where
Jahveesha Combs fell 4-6, 6-3, 0-1 (8-10) to Ana Patino.
The other five singles matches went in straight sets.
In doubles, Combs and Natalia Garcia Molina dropped an 8-4 decision to Patino and Ruth de Souza at No. 1.
