LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Shenandoah University women's tennis team returned to the
.500 mark on the season Saturday thanks to an 8-1 ODAC victory at Randolph.
Shenandoah (6-6, 3-3 ODAC) took a 2-1 lead after doubles and then swept the singles versus the WildCats (5-7, 1-5).

Both doubles wins, at Nos. 1 and 3, came by an 8-1 score.
Lily Kimble, who had combined with
Jahveesha Combs to get that 8-1 victory at No. 1, was first off the court in singles with a 6-3, 6-1 win at No. 4.
Kelly Hudak earned the Hornets fourth point with a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 2, and then Combs gutted out a 3-6, 6-1, 6-3 triumph at No. 1 to push SU over the top.
Erin Talko was a 6-1, 6-0 victor at No. 6 before
Jada Lewis won, 6-2, 6-3 at No. 5.
The final match off the court was at No. 3, where
Allison Cherwien won 6-4, 3-6, 6-3.
Hudak and Talko combined for the victory at No. 3 doubles.

The women are back on the court at noon Sunday at Guilford in another ODAC matchup.
