Track and Field Announces 2025-26 Indoor Schedule

WINCHESTER, Va. – The Shenandoah University track and field programs have unveiled their 2025-26 indoor schedule, head coach Andrew Marrocco announced Friday morning.

The Hornets open the season at home on December 7 with the Holiday Kickoff Open, marking the third straight year SU has started its campaign with the meet. After a month-long break, Shenandoah returns to action January 11 by hosting the 7th Annual Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational.

The squad rounds out January with road trips to Catholic, Widener, and Ithaca, with the latter two serving as two-day competitions.

February keeps the Hornets in Virginia as they compete at the VMI Winter Classic (Feb. 7) before visiting ODAC rivals Roanoke (Feb. 14) and Bridgewater (Feb. 21).

Postseason competition begins February 28–March 1 with the 2026 ODAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, hosted at Roanoke. SU then welcomes athletes from across the region to campus for the NCAA South Region Final Qualifier on March 6–7.

The indoor season concludes at the NCAA National Championships in Birmingham, Alabama.
