FOREST, Va. - Shenandoah University women's basketball junior Addisyn Banks has been named ODAC Offensive Player of the Week by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

Banks, the Hornets' leading scorer, previously earned player of the week on the defensive side of the ball this season. The junior joins Emily Williams with multiple player of the week nods by the ODAC this season.

The Hornets played one game this week, defeating nationally-ranked Elizabethtown 56-54 on the road on Sunday. SU is now 3-0 this season against teams in the top-25 nationally.

In the game, Banks scored 17 points and had 11 rebounds for her third double-double of the year. Of the 11 rebounds, two of them came at the offensive end of the court. Additionally, Banks dished out three assists, with a block and a steal.

Banks leads the Hornets in points per game at 17.1, which also places her fifth in the conference. The forward/guard has scored at least 13 points in all nine games for SU.

The Hornets are in action this Saturday for a 2 p.m. non-conference meeting at Salisbury.
