Women's Tennis Topped by Hardin-Simmons

HILTON HEAD, S.C. - The Shenandoah University women's tennis team began its spring break trip with a 5-1 loss to Hardin-Simmons University in neutral-site play on Sunday.

The Cowgirls (3-6) won all three doubles matches and earned four singles wins. The Hornets' (0-4) lone win of the day came from Olivia Guzzo at No. 2.

Guzzo won her match 7-5, 6-1. Erin Talko and Atlee Hilliard had matches that went three sets, but ended in favor of the Cowgirls.

Shenandoah plays Buena Vista University tomorrow at 5 p.m.
