Women's Tennis Blanks Hollins

WINCHESTER, Va. - The Shenandoah University women's tennis team earned its second straight win with a 7-0 home ODAC victory over Hollins University on Friday.

The Hornets (3-7, 2-2 ODAC) dominated singles action with straight-set victories in all four matches against Hollins (0-8, 0-5). 

Olivia Guzzo, Leigha Montrief, and Madison Shawver each won their singles bouts 6-0, 6-0, while Kendra Gillette walked away with a 6-1, 6-1 win.

Prior to starting singles, the Hornets took the team point from doubles. Atlee Hilliard and Guzzo teamed up at the top doubles spot for a 6-1 win, and Erin Talko and Samantha Calvert won 6-0 on court two.
